Government Relations

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all above services.
• When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other Government Departments.
• Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
• Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance,
• Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department, and Municipality.
• Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as permits, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and business licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
• Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals
• Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses and employees to assist them on all government-related services and need
• Deal promptly on general inquiries about PRO functions
• Responsible to administer the following towards business facilitation on a day-to-day basis:
• The ever-changing government rules and regulations require the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information/documents and at times certain jobs have to be tacked efficiently without much notice.
