• Be responsible for the hiring, selection, and management of the Hotel's Executive team, using considerable independent initiative and judgment, providing leadership and direction to ensure efficient, effective and profitable operation of the Hotel on a long-term basis.
• Lead the team in developing short-, medium- and long-term strategies to communicate the philosophy and its implications to all staff.
• Ensure that hotel employees are committed to the common values to provide the foundation for relationships and decision making.
• Provide the environment where creativity and innovation are recognized/rewarded.
• Provide leadership in developing the culture of customer-driven organization.
• Be responsible for the implementation of performance appraisal system to optimize individual performance.
• Create an image as a quality hotel and responsible corporate citizen through relations with press, local authorities and professional associations, etc.
• Respond to all SLIM audits to ensure continual improvement can be achieved.
• Implement and support an Environmental Awareness Program.
• Ensure the safety and quality of the building, facilities and services.
