Front Office Executive With Social Media Marketing Expertise

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front office executive with social media marketing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and social media marketing tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and visitors.

Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails.

Ensure reception area pantry and office premises are tidy and presentable.

Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email.

Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

Social Media Responsblities :

Oversee all the companys social media accounts.

Manage and improve online content considering SEO and Google Analytics.

Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

handson experience with SEO/SEM Google Analytics

Requirements :

2 years experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or digital marketing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Handson experience with office equipment

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude

Work location Ras al Khaimah

Salary( negotiable for the right candidates )
