Tasks
- Supervise and manage the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and fuel usage
- Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring all vehicles are in proper working condition
- Coordinate and schedule driver assignments and routes to optimize efficiency and meet client requirements
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance logs
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in fleet management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve fleet operations
