As the Senior Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process working closely with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis including variance analysis trend analysis and profitability analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
4. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
5. Audit Management: Coordinate and manage financial audits liaising with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any audit findings or recommendations.
6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow manage banking relationships and optimize cash management strategies to ensure sufficient liquidity and funding for operations.
7. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations including timely filing of tax returns managing tax audits and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the financial department implementing best practices to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals providing guidance training and support to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in finance accounting or a related field (Master s degree or CPA/CA certification preferred).
At least 710 years of progressive experience in financial management with a focus on financial reporting budgeting and analysis.
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Experience in managing financial audits including coordination with external auditors.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis modeling and forecasting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
Proficiency in financial software and tools with experience in ERP systems preferred.
Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining financial integrity.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role. Strong financial acumen, compliance knowledge, and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and mentor a financial team effectively. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining financial integrity.
