Job Title: Finance Manager

Description:

Spider Access Cladding Works and Building Cleaning LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing financial operations and providing oversight to our financial planning and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting forecasting financial reporting and cash flow management
Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Manage the preparation and reporting of financial statements
Prepare and review financial reports for management
Monitor and analyze financial performance
Develop and manage financial models
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Develop and review financial plans and strategies
Assist with tax and audit processes
Develop and maintain relationships with banks financial institutions and other external partners

Manage and mentor a highperforming finance team. Cultivate a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
10 years of experience in a finance role
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
Ability to work under tight deadlines
CPA or other professional certification preferred

Knowledge and experience in contract review and negotiations.
