Field HR Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in manufacturing operations HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws.
• SPHR certification is a plus.

Essential Duties:

• Provide HR support, implementing strategies, programs, and practices.
• Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion action plans.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning, employee development, and performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Plant Team, contributing to strategy discussions.
• Play an active role in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Administer the Drug & Alcohol Policy ensuring DOT compliance.
• Monitor integration and performance of new operations employees.
• Facilitate learning initiatives and supervisory effectiveness solutions.
• Drive activities related to organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with line management on employee relations matters.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and prepare sustainment plans.
• Provide HR subject matter expertise for a diverse and engaged workforce culture.
• Manage conflict resolution in accordance with company practices.
• Coordinate updates for employment-related processes.
