Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Owners Association Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Owners Association Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of owner associations ensuring their efficient and effective management. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and driving the growth and profitability of our owners association division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Community management including financial management maintenance and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and owners association bylaws.
  • Ensure service providers compliance with company SLAs and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives related to sustainability environmental stewardship and technology integration.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including property owners vendors and authorities.
  • Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends best practices and legal developments.




Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.
  • certification in property management or owners association management (e.g. CMCA M100 PCAM).
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners associations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in property management software.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management. certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM). Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
