We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in UAE as Executive Secretary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and organize the efficient functioning of the senior management office.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the daily and mediumterm activities; using sound personal judgment filter and steer contacts and activities based on levels of priorities and urgencies; serve as front line person at the senior management office welcoming internal and external visitors and handling of high level communication and correspondence with authorities and external parties.
  • Maintain the diary; maximizing effective utilization of time manage changes in schedule and ensure that all matters brought forward to the office are responded and attended to in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Manage and organize internal and external meetings; communicate and confirm attendees confirm agenda ensure meeting resources. Ensure preparation and follow up for regular department meetings. Take minutes of the meetings where required and distribute to attendees in a timely fashion following meeting.
  • Prepare correspondence reports and presentations. Ensure accuracy of information attention to detail timely data collection integration of information where applicable appropriate use of business language preparation and submission within required time lines. Ensure readiness of reports as required.
  • Manage travel arrangements for management & family as required.
  • Coordinate & Organize exhibitions.
  • Preparation of Marketing Flyers for Locations & Products.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 34 years experience as secretary with at least 2 years as an Executive Secretary
  • Expert is MS Office (Word Power Point and Outlook)

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: AED4000.00 AED5000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
