This position is accountable for supporting to the General Manager as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the Administrative portion of the company. This position has to serve as a liaison to the Department heads and Senior management team and also must organize and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts. This position will manage the secretarial functions of the organization and oversees special projects. Your duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following;
1. Coordinates the over all Administrative activities of the GMs Office.
2. Arrange and confirm appointments after consulting with the GM and availability.
3. Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
4. Arranging complex and detailed meetings events itineraries and agendas.
5. Compiling documents for related meetings and events.
6. Maintains contact information and various Administrative databases.
7. Maintaining the agenda of General Manager and assisting them in planning conferences appointments and board meetings.
8. Attending meetings and taking minutes.
9. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (emails letters packages etc.)
10. Follow up on Agreement / Contracts renewals.
11. Manages electronic calendar make appointments and schedule meetings.
12. Prepare letters memos and other documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software
SKILLS REQUIRED

3. A confident personality that will allow the incumbent to deal with all the Managers.
4. Selfcorresponding.
5. Customer service orientation.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
7. Should be able to gather data and prepare reports based on same.
8. Should have a high level of initiative
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Salary: AED3400.00 per month
