• Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Business strategy.
  
• Plan & Execute career development strategies that support Organizational development.
  
• Prepare and present on a regular basis to the NRC and BoD.
  
• Drive operational efficiency through proper staffing and Initiating Learning & Development programs for Employees.
  
• Analyze effectiveness of Human Capital (HC) Operations and Action improvement strategies to Increase its efficiency.
  
• Spearhead Talent Management through Rewards and Succession planning.
  
• Monitor, Report and Continually improve Employee Performance and HC Strategy implementation.

• Analytical in understanding business dynamics, Identify opportunities for improvement and support growth strategy.
  
• Strong in Communication with the ability to manage Senior stakeholder expectations.
