Our client, a leading Insurance Company in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a highly competent and experienced HR professional for the position of Executive Director - Human Capital.
This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to join a fast paced and progressive organization that is pioneering in the Insurance industry, across KSA region and digitally transforming the Customer Experience for its Clients.
The role will lead and manage the following areas:
- Talent Acquisition
- Learning and development
- Pay and rewards
- Performance and talent
- Planning and reporting
- HC Operations
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Business strategy.
- Plan & Execute career development strategies that support Organizational development.
- Prepare and present on a regular basis to the NRC and BoD.
- Drive operational efficiency through proper staffing and Initiating Learning & Development programs for Employees.
- Analyze effectiveness of Human Capital (HC) Operations and Action improvement strategies to Increase its efficiency.
- Spearhead Talent Management through Rewards and Succession planning.
- Monitor, Report and Continually improve Employee Performance and HC Strategy implementation.

- Analytical in understanding business dynamics, Identify opportunities for improvement and support growth strategy.
- Strong in Communication with the ability to manage Senior stakeholder expectations.
