Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant.

As Executive Assistant, we rely on you to

• Support the General Manager and Executive office for all administration and office coordination
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the schedule for the General Manager
• Prepare the communications outlined by the GM
• Coordinates meetings and appointments for the Executive office
• Coordinates travel arrangements for the Executive office
  

We are looking for someone who;

• Has a passion for providing business support to senior management
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
• Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Preferably has hospitality-related work experience
• Preferably has some translation experience
• Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
