Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• Over 5 years of proven experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably as a technical project manager or ERP consultant.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and architecture, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  
• Technical expertise in ERP system configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.
  
• Familiarity with business processes across various functional areas, such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Associate)
