Job Description
We are looking for a competent Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Specialist you will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks. Your main goal will be to help guarantee the company s revenues. You will be responsible for processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- 3-5 Yrs Experience in Billing and Accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, MS Outlook
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Good verbal & written communication Skills
- Work closely with accounting team.
- High Proficiency with financial modelling and techniques
ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree of any stream
- Advance Excel
- Tally Prime 9
- Any Course of Taxation or PG in Finance
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience Billing and Accounts in service industry
- Experience in Transport/Logistic industry
PERSONAL QUALITIES & BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS
- Team player open to multitasking
- Dedicated & Hardworking
- Following the timelines
- Ready to work under pressure
- Good in building strong relationship with the clients
Skills : ms outlook,microsoft excel,tally,analytical skills,communication and interpersonal skills
