- Directs and monitors the preparation of various annual market research processes and shipping sales plans issued by the Department, discusses market and sales strategies with its supervisors and senior officials, and reviews drafts and plans and to propose the final form and submit it to to the higher management.
- Directs sales forecast numbers for outgoing and incoming shipments, coordinated with other department staff and department directors with the latest number of sales target for the airline, monitors the results of freight sales through its superiors during the expected specified periods, and explain the cause of the disappearances from the target.
- Directs cargo aircraft operations, including participation in lease negotiations and the adoption of fee agreements services at foreign airports, adoption of operating schedules and irregular flights, and supervision of activities to ensure the safe service provided to the employees, and to achieve maximum revenues.
- Plans, directs and monitors various activities for sales, shipping services, research, planning and activities Sales support and management of outbound and incoming shipments to the airline, including directing the preparation of plans Shipping sales, sales forecasts and making sure that data and market information are collected and saved, directs aircraft operations Kuwait Airways cargo directs outbound and incoming shipping and budgeting activities For the sector ...
