CREWING OFFICER (33725)

Our client, a shipping agency is seeking to hire a Crewing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the crew across the fleet of vessels, ensuring that they are all fully crewed and have the appropriate skills and qualifications.
Responsibilities
• Liaising with vessel manager to ensure adequate crews are planned to operate vessels.
• Maintaining accurate crewing records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Confident in coordinating and running interviews and assessments.
• Develop and implement crew training programs; you will ensure all crews are competent and up to date with the latest regulations and best practices, and to deal with any disputes or grievances that may arise across the crew.
