Courier Operation Manager - Kargo Box Shipping amp Logistics Company

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Courier Operation Manager. The Courier Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the courier division of the company including courier dispatch delivery management process development and team management. The role holder will work closely with the Senior Management team and the Sales team.

• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Experience in courier operations logistics or supply chain management
• Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
• An associate or bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the shipping and courier industry
• Experience with courier software and technology solutions is a plus

Salary: KD300.000 KD500.000 per month
