Corporate Paralegal

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, particularly in areas such as corporate governance, real estate, entity formation, corporate filing, UCC, commercial contracts, and board minutes.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong research skills and ability to interpret and communicate legal information.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
• High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with tact and integrity.
