Control Automation Engineer

DESCRIPTION:

• A control system design engineer is a type of process control engineer who specializes in designing and developing control systems for industrial processes. They use their knowledge of engineering principles software and hardware to create systems that can monitor regulate and optimize the performance of various processes. Some of the tasks that a process control system design engineer may perform are:
• Analyzing the requirements and specifications of a process and its components.
• Designing and developing control system architectures algorithms and interfaces using software & firmware tools.
• Testing and validating the functionality and reliability of the control system using simulation emulation or hardwareintheloop methods.
• Documenting and presenting the control system design and results to stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborating with other engineering sections to ensure the integration and
• compatibility of the control system with the process equipment and environment.
• Need to have strong skills in mathematics programming logic problemsolving communication and teamwork.

QUALIFICATION:

• Engineer Bachelors / Masters degree in engineering (Electrical Electronics Chemical Mechanical Mechatronics etc.)
• Registerable with SCE.
• Years of Experience: Overall 8 years of experience in the Control System domain with 5plus years in control system standards and protocols such as DCS PLC SCADA OPC etc.
• Preferably certified for industrial cybersecurity and/or Functional safety.
• Handson design exposure in compatible industry.
