We are looking for a Configuration & Payroll support Analyst who can take care of the below mentioned job responsibilities
1. Configure and customize the payroll system based on Organizational needs and requirements.
2. Implement changes to the system in response to policy updates or regulatory changes.
3. Ensure that customizes align with compliance standards.
4. Stay informed about the updates and new features released by the payroll software provider.
5. Test and implement system updates to enhance performance and security.
6. Provide support to endusers including payroll team HR Finance and clients with payrollrelated inquiries.
7. Investigate and solve issues related to payroll processing calculations and system usage.
8. Provide timely and clear communication regarding system downtime or maintenance.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement in the payroll support function.
10. Collaborate with the team to implement improvements in support processes.
11. Collaborate with the payroll compliance team to ensure that system configuration align with compliance requirements.
12. Work closely with the IT department to address technical issues and implement system enhancements.
