Client Onboarding & Management: Assist in customer onboarding & verification process, including documentation collection and validation to ensure compliance with AML rules and regulations (internal as well as for client).

Provide ongoing support to Compliance Team with respect to client reporting (internal) to include updates to project tracker, client register, etc.

Preparation of first draft of basic compliance and AML manuals under the guidance of the seniors.

Assisting in preparation of compliance training materials
.
Research on Regulatory & Compliance Matters and assist in drafting factsheets, articles, whitepapers and presentations
.
Work on defined projects and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Work on process improvement initiatives to include:
.
Updating and maintaining templates and registers utilized by the Compliance team.
.
Assisting with report sheets and other documentation required for Compliance reports for executive meetings, board meetings.
.
Assisting with the submission of required statutory filings.
