Reliance HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced and talented Commi 1 to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the kitchen team in the preparation and service of meals.

Must be from 4*/5* hotel

Nationality: Asian

Candidate must be in UAE

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef

Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Ensure that all food items are stored properly and in accordance with food safety regulations

Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals

Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed

Assist in the training of new kitchen staff

Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge of food safety regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to lift heavy objects

High school diploma or equivalent

Salary AED 2800 + Food + Accommodation + Transport + benefits as per UAE law
