- Manage and oversee all civil site activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating
- Supervise MEP installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Provide administrative support to office staff, including filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites
- Maintain cleanliness and order in office spaces, including dusting, sweeping, and organizing
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas in a residential or commercial building
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles, including regular maintenance and cleaning
- Perform various housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, and washing windows
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
