Your Responsibilities:
You will engage client team members, partners, and other constituents. Developing strong and mutually supportive relationships between our clients and with their key partners.
You will develop an early care and support strategy.
You will monitor the implementation of an array of early care and support initiatives.
You will manage relationships with consultants. You will oversee and support the work of consultants and other vendors, providing guidance and helping overcome obstacles as needed.
Make sound, evidence-based decisions. You examine issues thoroughly and use research, critical thinking, and analytical skills to inform yourdecision-makingand actions.
Lead with compassion. You build constructive and respectful relationships with a diverse array of team members and partners, effectively driving them towards mutual goals.
Promote the effective implementation of Strategy. You understand the complexities of the client landscape and how to navigate the challenges of strategy planning, execution, and oversight. You are familiar with and support the key objectives and activities of the client Strategy.
Requirements
Post-graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Public Policy, Medicine, Law, or equivalent.
Fluency in English (written and spoken is Mandatory
