Qualifications

To be considered for the role of CFO, you must meet the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with US GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX requirements, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in managing month-end and quarter-end close, internal and external audits, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial strategies and finance-related performance metrics.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
