What are you expected to do?
Product line: Laptop (1 opening)
In your daily duties, you will:
.
Be responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational customer relationship activities
.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products/service offerings and of partners’ business requirements to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
.
Develop a business plan & suitable coop marketing activities campaign for each customer
.
Plan customers’ product mix to match with brand strategy and market demand
.
Manage channel partners’ healthy inventory
.
Identify new opportunities of acquiring channel partners and developing new customers
.
Monitor the overall market with Product/Pricing/Promotion surveying
.
Proactively develop customer relationships
We are thrilled if you have the following qualities.
.
2+ year experience in Sales in ICT and a good understanding of the enterprise market is a plus
.
Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings
.
Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
.
Advanced motivational & negotiation skills with a high focus on customer satisfaction
.
Good planning and analytical skills
.
Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
.
Fluent in English
