- Receives and processes tuition payments; enters payments into computerized recording system; adjusts student accounts; edits, updates, and corrects entries as required.
- Handle cash, card, or check transactions with customers.
- Ensure invoice is correct, Issue change, receipts, or refunds.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Reconciles daily transactions; prepares bank deposits and maintains petty cash funds
- Point of Sale Systems (POS)
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
- Keep reports of transactions and submit to supervisor / manager on daily basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Communicate and work effectively in a multicultural environment
