Tier A Customers management (prices, contracts and conditions negotiation)
.
Regular sales monitoring and corrective actions
.
Stock management (orders, rotation, expired products). Purchasing planning
.
Management of the relationships (meetings, reporting, target definition) with the strategic suppliers/Principals of the BL (Tier A/B)
.
Prepare a yearly Sales Budget (revenues/gross margin/volumes) aligned with the Group strategic targets
.
Define a 3-years Strategic Development Plan for the BL aligned with the Group targets
.
Support PM activities and related Principal management
.
New Principals scouting activities and product portfolio development
.
Monitor the correct use of CRM (visit reports, market information, opportunities) and apply eventual corrective actions
.
Monitoring Task planning of the SM (customer visits frequency) and their productivity
.
Support Group subsidiaries for the BL business development and expansion
.
Provide regular and correct information to Purchasing Assistants needed for correct stock management
.
Support HS&Q with technical and regulatory information necessary for a correct product management
.
Regularly verify Customers' financial reliability. Support internal credit threshold definition
.
External Agent monitoring and activities assignments (including Price Lists)
