Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our tech team to meticulously oversee the ongoing development
  • process craft usercentric UI/UX experiences conduct rigorous testing and ensure that our technical development aligns seamlessly with our objectives.
  • Research collect and analyze data from various sources to develop leads and actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead CRM management ensuring its integration and the ongoing growth in the database.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel social media marketing strategies from creation to distribution. This includes community management across all platforms preparing a monthly social media calendar daily posting on social media and delivering monthly reports on the outcomes of social media marketing efforts.
  • Devise and implement lead generation and outreach campaigns to attract highquality prospects and expand our reach.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively develop new processes for increased efficiency.
  • Support financial management by contributing to bookkeeping tasks and reports.
  • Manage all internal and external communication including correspondence
  • presentations and reports on recommendations and insights.
  • Develop all project planning from conception to implementation and evaluation ensuring successful execution.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. The officer is responsible for reaching out to potential businesses and clients providing excellent customer service and building relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Should be ready for any ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree is mandatory preferably in computer science or a related field.
  • Masters degree is a plus.
  • Candidates with a Bachelors degree in business economics marketing or a related field will also be considered if they have proven experience in technologyfocused environments and roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency.
  • Selfdriven and proactive with a track record of independent project execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent time management communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools like Google Workspace PowerPoint Canva CRMs and all major social media platforms.
