- Will participate in PolicyPro Product Designer training.
- Previous knowledge in a specific software platform (Policy Admin and/or Forms Development) or in a different platform that is substantially similar in function and intent to the platform being supported.
- Insurance knowledge required.
- Excellent understanding of P&C insurance domain, particularly exposure to P&C Lines products implementations and enhancements.
- Expected to diagnose more complex production issues and recommend fixes. Ensures appropriate communication to stakeholders. Provides significant input to root cause analysis in order to implement preventative measures.
- Has experience in application configuration that can be leveraged to offer basis for creative solutions with the flexibility to adapt, react, and solve routine problems as they arise.
- Service Management experience preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
