- Understanding end-to-end product delivery, from early idea to a maintainable and scalable product
- Collaborating with a global team of engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth running data operation
- Partnering with product managers to explore new ways to add value to our products
- Contributing to design discussions and the technical roadmap, driving improvements to our systems by always asking yourself: how can it be more scalable, fault tolerant and better maintainable?
- Developing a sixth sense for technical debt, operational risk and data quality.
- Taking responsibility for system integrity and fault tolerance.
- Improving the release process and reliability of our systems.
- Plan and implement structural improvements to our stack.
- Estimating, planning and executing projects together with the team.
- Documenting and sharing knowledge across the team and your fellow engineers around the globe.
