AVP Employee Relations Support

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Previous ER / HR experience or exposure is desirable.
• Advanced IT/Microsoft Office skills essential – particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience of undertaking administrative support activities is essential, including the production of accurate meeting minutes.
• Experience of working within a complex organizational structure and ability to successfully navigate that structure is essential.
• Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality. Discretion, confidentiality and integrity are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively – strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability of using their initiative – proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at at all levels of seniority.
• A supportive team player.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible.
