Automotive Service Advisor

Mohammad Saleh & Reza Yousuf Behbehani Company W.L.L is looking to hire: - Position: Service Advisor - Experience: 3-5 Years - Applicant: From Inside Kuwait only - Nationality: Any (Male Only) - Language: Good command in Arabic & English - Knowledge of Vehicle Parts and Services - Computer Skills - Strong Communication Skills Roles & Responsibilities: • Maintain a high level of grooming hygiene and uniform appearance • Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and a genuine concern for customer’s needs and requirements. • Promptly meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner • Listen to customer concerns and accurately record same on a legibly written job card to insure the workshops ability to duplicate and repair the problems noted • Provide accurate estimate for needed repairs and provide same to customers while obtaining approval to complete such repairs. All approvals to be completely documented • Handle all customer complaints and / or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact and in a manner that does not aggravate the problem turn over to reception in charge those individuals with complaints that cannot be resolved • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Satisfy the caller’s inquiry. • Maintain a record of the status of your customer’s vehicle and follow up with the customer when the vehicle is completed or when promise time will not be met. • Perform any and all other tasks as assigned by management and meet the target • Uses all methods of customer communication, including online bookings, phone calls, to schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups • Processes customer payments • Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers • Communicates with technicians about vehicle statuses, and ensures that vehicles will be ready for customer on time • Displays extensive knowledge about products and services • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of service department • Can Join Immediately Please write “Service Advisor“ in the Email subject, kindly send your CV
