- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the restaurant.They will be responsible for supervising front of house staff and for reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
- Effectively manage the restaurant..
- Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff.
- Provide direction to supervisors, and staff to achieve restaurant goals.
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand.
- Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.
- Follow the Restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security.
- Monitor and maintain the Micros POS System.
- Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings.
- Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Assist the manager in Organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
- Assist the manager in preparing Branch report of Sales to be on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
- Close the shift on the POS terminal.
- Train and coach staff on guest services principles, standard practices etc.
