Assistant Manager Training

The ideal candidate will be involved in taking up training and development of delivery riders

and for the staff operating in noon rocket stores.

The candidate will be responsible for the following aspects:

• Creating and rolling out training modules across the value chain

• Ensuring all the staff are trained on the latest changes in policies and products.

• Conduct monthly audits across stores on all policies.

• Conducting training for newly hired staff and DAs.

• Ensure constant performance checks are done on staff and DAs.

• Conducting monthly assessments on understanding existing policies across the value chain

• Create monthly assessments specific to delivery associates and pickers.

What will you need?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Be a comfortable speaker and should be able to hold the attention of the audience.

• Good analytical skills

• Arabic language is preferred.

• Driving license
