The Area Sales Manager is responsible for selling Masimos suite of non-invasive monitoring solutions to hospitals and health systems within an assigned area.

This position reports to the Area Vice President and is part of the Sales team located in Dubai and will be an remote role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans including the efficient identification and qualification of new Masimo customers as well as increasing sales penetration in existing customers;
• Establish clinical and administrative support through technical presentations review of scientific literature executive meetings and product demonstrations and evaluations;

Develop administer monitor and report on specific account sales strategies in order to achieve quarterly sales objectives

The essential requirements of the job include:

Three or more years of documented success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales preferably with products sold in the Operating Room;

Excellent interpersonal listening and communication skills;

Effective presentation skills with ability to articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision makers;

Highly organized with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel within assigned territory
