Architectural Drafter

1. Quality Control: Ensure that all drawings and plans adhere to industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of accuracy and precision.
2. Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to integrate GRC and GRP detailing seamlessly into overall project plans, addressing any design conflicts or issues that may arise.
3. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all drafting work, including revisions and updates, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
4. Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies related to GRC and GRP detailing, and incorporate innovative approaches into drafting processes.
5. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges related to GRC and GRP detailing, proposing creative solutions to optimize design and construction processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience (5 years) working as a Draughtsman, with a focus on GRC and GRP detailing.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural drafting (2D drawings / 3D models- Shop drawings & Production drawings).
4. In-depth knowledge of GRC and GRP materials, manufacturing processes, and construction techniques.
5. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to GRC and GRP applications.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
7. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
8. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing technical challenges in drafting processes.
