- Must have 6-8 years' experience in Abu Dhabi.
- Candidate must know the Local Compliance of Abu Dhabi example – TL renewal, Civil Defense License Renewal etc
- Knowledge of Local Procurement – (preference candidate from Abu Dhabi with local market knowledge)
- Must have knowledge In ERP system (added value if the candidate has the SAP MM Module experience)
- Should have experience for organizing the local event in the office.
- Coordination with mall management/landlord experience
- Store Management knowledge
- Experienced in Stationery and Grocery Inventory management & Replenishment.
- Experience to manage the Admin Asset Management
- Experienced to manage the company Fleets.
- Well experienced with Outsourced Staff Management
- Experienced to manage the Admin Petty cash management.
- Able to manage well Utility Bills / Payment before the due dates.
- Able to manage the Telecommunication services.
- Experienced to manage the Admin Contracts
- Should have experience on Staff Uniform Issuance & record keeping.
- Able to Coordinate with Marketing Team for New Design / Change in signages.
- Candidate should have Multi-tasking skill.
- Candidate must be flexible to work extended hours based on nature of works/business requirements.
