Working Hours: 8 hours 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
A prestigious firm in Dubai is actively seeking an experienced Admin Professional wellversed in the intricacies of the Jebel Ali Free Zone operations. The ideal candidate will facilitate the smooth running of our office managing daytoday administrative tasks with a high degree of proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and streamline administrative systems and procedures.
Provide comprehensive support to our team enhancing workflow and efficiency.
Manage scheduling correspondence and document control.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Indian nationality and nonMuslim.
Age: Below 40 years old.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in English required; Arabic knowledge is a bonus.
Current residency in the UAE is a must.
