Job Overview

Tenten Aluminium and Glass Works, Al Jurf, Ajman, is in search of an admin executive cum accountant, full time, Indian, Male, Minimum 2 years UAE experience in serving an Industrial area (especially Aluminium and Glass Industry), having Driving License mandatory, Bachelor s degree in accountancy with background in admin, marketing, and client servicing preferable. For this role, you must be able to maintain full accounting system on timely basis, prepare financial accounts, TB, BL and BS, Coordinate and communicate, Analyse financial reporting, Maintain daily banking reports, Manage Account receivables and Payables, Reconcile Monthly Bank Accounts and Bank Reconciliation, Maintain and keep proper Filing and documentation, Assist Finance department in overall accounting related matters, Handle full set of accounts and Assist in office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Quick books, Tally, Epromis or similar accounting program
  • Aware of UAE laws and regulations
  • Perform cash activities specifically related to posting and allocating customer receipts, raising of credit notes, general maintenance of the sales ledger, plus related reporting
  • Calculate the expenses and returns on a project-to-project basis
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients for material purchase and delivery
  • Track on the agreed material delivery dates
  • Follow up for the ordered material to ensure that the company receives them on time
  • Be able to keep up with expiration dates and licenses
  • Able to keep track of assets throughout the branches
  • Prepare daily financial reports, perform account reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, prepare tax returns, assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned
  • Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
  • Handle the annual external audit
  • Understand and perform the financial closing activity and report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Assist in office administration as and when required
  • Organized, Flexible and Work well in a team complying with the company policy

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (at least 2 years) as a full-time accountant in Industrial areas.
  • Background experience in admin, marketing, and client servicing preferable.
  • Good oral and written communication and Math Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent in Computer and Microsoft Excel
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • A team player as well as ability to work independently
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to work in a stressful working environment.
  • Ability to solve client's problems instantly.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to offer excellent client service
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required like bank issues etc.

Salary: 2 000 - 2,500 per month

Mandatory: UAE Driving License
