Accounts Payable Executive

A multinational free zone company is recruiting an accounting graduate having 2-3 years of accounting experience in accounts payable, bank reconciliation and journal entries.

Job Responsibilities

• Process payments for suppliers and employees.
  
• On time preparation of journal entries for expenses and other business transactions.
  
• Assist in procurement requirements of the department.
  
• Handles petty cash.
  
• Perform bank reconciliation.
  

Skills

• Proficiency in the use of outlook, microsoft office and accounting software like SAP.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Knowledge and experience in the use of online banking system.
  
• Knowledge in procurement process.
  
• Knowledge in bookkeeping up to finalization.
  
• Knowledge in VAT Returns and Tax will be an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge in Accounts receivable management will be an added advantage.
