As Director of Social Services for Midway Living (), you will manage case management, housing, and employment/benefits specialists for the Social Services unit at the transitional family residences, providing crisis intervention services to ;

HIGHLIGHTS

• Recruit, train, and provide supervision to unit staff
  

• Provide direct services to clients as needed, which may include case coverage in staff s absence
  

• Review client records to ensure contractual compliance
  

• Monitor the appropriateness, timeliness, and accuracy of clients Independent Living Plans
  

• Ensure program is compliant with contract requirements, agency s goals, and the timely submission of unit s statistical data and reports to funders in coordination with the Program
  

• Assist in the development of program activities for residents that include weekly support groups/recreational activities
  

• Conduct bi-weekly orientation meetings to new residents
  

• Supervise interns and volunteers for program activities
  

• Assume on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis
  

• Maintain/update unit resource database
