360 Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for experienced target driven and passionate 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai. A 360 Recruitment Consultant takes on a dual role handling both business development (client acquisition) and candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential client companies to understand their hiring needs.
• Negotiate terms of service agreements including fees and other contractual terms.
  
• Headhunting
• Achieve /monthly quarterly targets
• interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in hospitality or engineering sectors as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a recruitment agency.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Must have own visa
