Were recruiting for Electrical Technician typically field based focusing on the delivery of planned maintenance programs to ensure reliable and safe asset operation.

What youll do:

• Perform mechanical servicing activities and general equipment maintenance in line with operating procedures and work instructions including A & B service (200kva and below) green carding / post contract assessment & pre-delivery inspection engine fault finding / repair and preventative maintenance.

• Carry out Electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnostics as required.

• Assist with site installation (to designed layout) commissioning and decommissioning to acceptable Aggreko standards if needed.

• Respond effectively to technical support of field equipment breakdowns in timely manner in and out of working hours when required.

• Ensure the completion of equipment repairs are on time to standard and within agreed budgets for both specific repairs and overall department budgets.

• Always Adhere to Global Service Centre Standards (GSCS) within working environment.

• Aggreko places a strong emphasis on Quality Health Safety and Environmental protection. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance with the Aggreko Health Safety & Environmental policies procedures and local legislation and ensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training and objectives required by the company.

• Other duties are considered essential for effective operations and service as requested.

• Electrical assembly & repair of Aggreko products with defined SOW in accordance with work instructions and quality control documentation

• Testing of Aggreko products

• Fault Finding/troubleshooting of Aggreko products

Youll have the following skills and experience:

• Specialized Diploma / Vocational Training

• At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role

• Strong organizational and administrative skills including record-keeping and report compilation

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to promote and maintain a safe working environment
