ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all sitelevel ELV activities in line with project specifications schedules and standards.
- Supervise and guide site technicians subcontractors and labor teams in ELV installation works.
- Monitor and ensure quality safety and compliance during the of ELV systems.
- Review and interpret ELV design drawings shop drawings and material submittals.
- Work closely with the Project Manager Consultants and other MEP/Construction teams for seamless integration of ELV systems.
- Track project progress identify site issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct daily/weekly site inspections and prepare site progress reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of ELV materials and proper installation as per approved layouts.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for inspections approvals and handovers.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Electronics or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of ELV site coordination experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and site practices (CCTV Fire Alarm Access Control etc..
- Familiar with UAE codes and authority regulations (e.g. SIRA Civil Defense).
- Strong interpersonal site management and coordination skills.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
