Job Summary:We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Operations Team at
Al Taresh Real estate. The ideal candidate must be fluent in
Arabic and Englishand available to
join immediately.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle front desk operations and manage client flow efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in Arabic and English
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain records appointments and daily reports as required
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
Requirements: - Fluency inArabic & English(spoken and written)
Previous experience in reception or customer service
Strong experience inemail communication and professional correspondence
Hands-on experience withCRM systems and operational platforms
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Available forimmediate joining
