Job Summary
As a Recruiter at Swiss Connect Solutions you will play a key role in sourcing screening and placing top talent across a range of sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers build relationships with candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This role suits someone with strong communication sales and HR skills who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal team and client companies to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Create and post job advertisements on job boards social media and company platforms.

Source candidates from various channelsonline databases LinkedIn referrals and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client decision-makers.
-
Maintain candidate and client pipeline databases with accurate records.
-
Build strong relationships with candidates guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations in the UAE.

Support end-to-end hiring including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR consultancy.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and market recruitment trends is a plus.
