The Housekeeping / Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean organized and well-equipped learning environment while supporting basic administrative coordination. This role ensures that facilities materials and supplies are efficiently managed to support smooth daily operations for students teachers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Supply Management- Maintain accurate records of book inventory and educational materials.
- Monitor stock levels of course resources stationery and office supplies.
- Coordinate orders and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Track usage and prevent shortages or overstocking.
2. Room Arrangement & Cleanliness- Ensure classrooms and office areas are clean organized and properly arranged.
- Prepare rooms before classes meetings and events.
- Report and coordinate timely resolution of maintenance or facility-related issues.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all premises.
3. Academic & Test Support- Assist in unit test preparation and coordination.
- Organize printing copying and distribution of exam materials.
- Ensure classrooms are properly set up for assessments.
4. Teachers Materials & Course Resources- Prepare and distribute teaching materials as required.
- Support teachers with classroom resource setup.
- Maintain proper storage and accessibility of learning resources.
5. Kitchen & Common Area Monitoring- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and common areas.
- Ensure availability of basic kitchen supplies for students and staff.
- Maintain hygiene and report any concerns promptly.
6. General Administrative Support- Provide basic administrative assistance as needed.
- Support day-to-day operational coordination.
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
