Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning sanding masking and priming before painting
- Apply spray paint coatings and finishes on walls ceilings and structural components
- Ensure even coverage smooth finishes and color accuracy
- Maintain and operate spray painting equipment and tools safely
- Inspect finished surfaces to identify and correct imperfections or defects
- Follow project specifications and ensure compliance with UAE construction safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean organized and safe painting workspace
- Collaborate with supervisors and construction teams to meet project deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter Construction Painter or Painting Technician
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques coatings and finishing methods
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and PPE usage
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality finishes under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and precision in painting work
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or vocational certification in Painting Industrial Coatings or Construction Trades
- Experience working on residential commercial or industrial construction projects in Dubai
- Knowledge of surface preparation priming and finishing standards
